Senior Tenancy Manager
I am Hannah, I joined The Letting Shop in 2018 and have worked in several different roles during my time here, which has given me a great all-round understanding of the lettings process. I’m now the Senior Tenancy Manager, and I really enjoy the variety that comes with the role.
Although I didn’t previously work in the property industry, it’s always been something I’ve been interested in, so building my career in this field has been really rewarding. I spend much of my time keeping up to date with compliance, preparing tenancy agreements, and coordinating contractors to make sure maintenance is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
For me, one of the most important parts of the job is building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. I believe that good communication and trust are just as important as the day-to-day tasks, and I always aim to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible for everyone involved.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending music events and venturing out on scenic walks.
