Property has always been a part of my life, with my family working in the industry, so moving into lettings in early 2024 felt like a natural step after graduating from university and spending a year working for the police.
As Project Manager, I oversee property refurbishments and renovation projects from start to finish. My role includes managing budgets, sourcing and coordinating contractors, overseeing contracts and legal compliance, and ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Alongside my project responsibilities, I continue to manage key tenancy-related duties, overseeing the full lifecycle of a tenancy. This includes drawing up and managing tenancy agreements, coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repairs, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and acting as a main point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy.
I enjoy the variety my role brings and take pride in problem-solving, maintaining high standards of compliance, and building strong, professional relationships with clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing badminton, hiking, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
